COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE GOT STUFF TO SELL? SEPTEMBER 22, 2012 7 AM - 2 PM IN YOUR YARD! The HOA will place ads in the AV press and the Pennysaver. Feel free to place your own signs throughout the community, but please take them down on Sunday. Our Community Garage Sale on April 28th was a big success! We had over 50 homeowners participate. Helping Hands for the Blind picked up donatable items at the end of the sale. (They will not be able to do so going forward, though.)

Anaverde Hills Elementary is our "community" kindergarten through 6th grade elementary school. The only students zoned to attend Anaverde are those that live in Anaverde. It is a small school of less than 300 students.

The school is currently under construction, on the west side of Anaverde Park on Greenbriar Road. Students attend classes on a compus that is shared with Cottonwood Elementary.
